These Icon Pack­age (.ip for a full pack­age or .png files for indi­vidual icons) were made a few years ago, so at present, sizes range only from 16×16 up to 128×128 or 256×256.   Icon Pack­age files work with a pro­gram called Icon Pack­ager from Win​custom​ize​.com, which allows you to replace all sys­tem icons in a single download.
