These Icon Pack­ages (.ip for a full pack­age or .png files for indi­vidual icons) were made a few years ago, so at present, sizes range only from 16x16px up to 128x128px or 256x256px. Icon Pack­age files work with a pro­gram called Icon Pack­ager from Win​custom​ize​.com, which allows you to replace all sys­tem icons in a single down­load. You’ll also find indi­vidual icons in .png format which can be used wherever image links accept png files.   There’s also a link to some vari­ous indi­vidual icons uploaded as png files.
